Despite its strong presence in traditional distribution channels, the company lacked tools to monitor its performance in retail stores like The Home Depot, analyze competitors, and sell directly to consumers online. Additionally, the commercial team operated with limited digital resources, reducing execution efficiency and limiting data visibility.
