Laboratorios Le Roy is a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical and medical products with a broad distribution network across pharmacies and retail chains in Mexico. Despite its scale, the commercial team lacked centralized tools to measure execution, monitor performance, or analyze field data. Reports were compiled manually and took days to consolidate, which delayed strategic decisions.
