DAC is the leading distributor of fresh produce, proteins, and dairy in Quintana Roo, operating two major distribution centers. As their volume and client base grew, their internal operations became increasingly inefficient: manual processes, siloed inventory control, delays in procurement, and no visibility into logistics or sales data. DAC partnered with AmpleMax to build a fully customized ERP to centralize all critical functions into a single platform tailored to their workflow and growth plans.
