Project Background

MDOS Capital manages a high-end portfolio of luxury real estate and vacation rentals across Mexico. With over 150 employees operating across more than 20 geographically distributed properties, the company faced significant operational challenges: limited visibility into field staff activities, inconsistent attendance tracking, and inefficient payroll processes. Additionally, their growing base of private investors demanded more transparency and timely access to performance data.

Before working with AmpleMax, MDOS relied on fragmented manual processes: paper logs, WhatsApp updates, and Excel spreadsheets—leading to time fraud, low accountability, and delayed decision-making. We implemented a three-tiered solution:

  • Facepass for biometric attendance and incident control

  • Btracker to monitor field operations with photo and geolocation evidence

  • A secure Investor Dashboard to provide real-time metrics to MDOS’s stakeholders
