Mayca is a leading construction company specializing in large-scale electrical installations across Mexico and South America. As operations scaled, manual processes and poor control over field staff caused delays, payroll errors, and lost resources. Mayca needed a robust and flexible digital solution that could adapt to their unique workflows and improve control over all aspects of the business, including labor, materials, and finance. AmpleMax created an integrated suite combining ERP functionality with HR control for complete field and back-office visibility.
